Banking/Insurance – Creating an Automation and Testing Tool
HTE was selected to create a tracking and control tool following the implementation of an interactive decision support system via a Microsoft Business Intelligence (MSBI) based data warehouse.
After analysing the need, HTE developed a specific tool based on the principle of unit tests “N UNIT” based on C# technologies for the application part, XML and SQL for data and SSRS for the reporting part.
To reap all the benefits of the cloud, five elements were essential: migration, hyperscaler integration, modernization, management and innovation.
Banking/Insurance – Setting up a Collaborative Solution
HTE has been selected to implement and configure a collaborative solution. The aim was to replace the many IT project management tools with a single tool common to all stakeholders.
We have chosen to set up and configure a Jira tool with a customized workflow system, in order to respond to our customer’s problem.
IT Services - Salesforce implementation
HTE was asked by a IT Services Company to implement a CRM tool. We started by conducting an audit of existing processes and business models (Human Resources/ Commercial/ Finance).
Then we identified and analyzed different solutions in the market and our recommendation focused on the Salesforce tool as a CRM.
The implementation of Salesforce was carried out and its configuration oriented specifically for sales people with the creation of a part regrouping HR functions and administrative management.
We have also set up personalized coaching and training hours for users.
Automotive industry - Development of a specific SAP HR module
The Registered Social Declaration or DSN was introduced by the Simplification Act of 22 March 2012. The purpose of this law is to simplify social declarations and employee events (work stoppage, termination of employment contract… ).
Our customer, one of the world’s top 5 automakers, was having trouble with DSN following the implementation of its SAP HR software.
After analysis, we asked our client to develop a specific module via the SAP ABAP software. The benefits are numerous:
- Faster processing of salaries through simplified and automated processes.
- Productivity gains by removing manual tasks through built-in retro-active calculations.
- Compliance with the new regulatory framework.
